Shrimp Salad
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
3 hard cooked eggs; sliced
1 cup chopped celery and/or peas
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped pickle
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can (4 oz) shrimp
salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1-With two forks, toss all ingredients together lightly except lettuce and cu/var/www/hber.
2-Place salad in lettuce cups and garnish with cu/var/www/hber slices.
