Simple Pickles

Ingredients
3 -(up to)
5 pounds Cucumbers
33 cups Vinegar
3 cups Sugar
3 tablespoons Pickling salt
4 1/2 teaspoons Celery seed
4 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric
1 teaspoon Dry mustard


Method
Wash cucumbers ~~amp cut in strips or slices. Pour boiling water over cucumbers ~~amp let stand overnight. The next day, drain off water ~~amp rinse ~~amp pack cucumbers in clean jars. In a large pan, combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil ~~amp cook 5 minutes. Pour over cucumbers in jars ~~amp seal. (Simple, tasty ~~amp crisp.)
