Sooji Halwa
Ingredients
- Sooji 1 Pao (8 Oz)
- sugar 4 Oz
- ilachi 6 To 8
- almondpistachio
- silver Paper
- ghee
- milk 1 Tbsp
Instructions
In a pan add ghee and heat it. When the ghee is heated add ilachi and then add sooji. When sooji gets lightly brown add sugar and after few minutes add milk. Grease a tray and spread halwa over it. Gently cut in pieces and decorate with pista and almonds.Put silver paper on top.
