Spicy Tomato Chutney
Cooking time : 10 Minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 tomato
2 red chillies, roasted
½ cup grated coconut
1 tsp. ghee
a little asafoetida (hing)
salt to taste
Method:
1-Wash, cut and roast tomatoes in a little ghee.
2-Grind the coconut and red chillies to a fine paste and add the tomatoes, salt and hing and grind once again.
Serve with a pulao.
