Sprout Salad
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Serves Many
Ingredients:
2 cups bean sprouts (washed and drained)
1 capsi/var/www/h, cut into strips
4 red radishes, sliced
3/4 cup sliced spring onions
For seasoning:
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil or salad oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. Soya sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper according to taste
For the garnish:
1/2 teacup black olives or stuffed olives
1 tomato, cored and sliced into rings
Method:
1.For the dressing shake the ingredients thoroughly in a closed bottle.
2.Mix the bean sprouts, capsi/var/www/h, radishes and spring onions in a bowl. Put in the refrigerator.
3.Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
4.Serve cold, garnished with tomato rings on the top.
