Tandoori Chops

Ingredients

- 1/8 Tsp Orange / Red Food Colour
- 1 Tsp All Spice
- 2 Inch Piece Of Raw Papaya With Peel Ground
- 2 Tsp Ginger / Garlic Paste
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- chaat Masala

Instructions

Pound and flatten the chops.Mix the yoghurt with all the ingredients except the butterand chaat masala.Marinate the chops in the yoghurt mixture.Place the chops on abaking tray and bake for 1 hour on mark no 4/350 degrees C or barbe cue over hot charcoal.Brush with butter and sprinkle chaat masala on top.
