Tomato Bhujia
Ingredients
- Salt 1 Tsp
- tomatoes 1/2 Kg
- sugar 1 Tsp
- rai 1 Tsp
- curry Patha Few
- white Zeera 1 Tsp whole Red Chillies 6
- garlic Chopped 1 Tsp
- oil 1/4 Cup
- chilli Powder 1 Tsp
- vinegar 1 Tbsp
Instructions
Heat oil and add chopped garlic, zeera, rai, whole red chillies, curry patha when it becomes slightly brown add finely chopped tomatoes along with vinegar, sugar, salt, Chilly powder and cook on medium fire till water dries and oil floats on top.
