Tomato Curry

Ingredients

- Tomatoes 1 Kg Red Ones
- wheat Flour 1-2 Tbsp
- ginger / Garlic 1 Tsp
- chilly Powder 1 Tsp
- zeera Powder 1 Tsp
- salt 1 Tsp
- for Baghar
- curry Patha
- rai 1/2 Tsp Heaped
- oil 1/2 Cup

Instructions

Boil tomatoes with 1 cup water for 15-20 minutes than strain the pulp and add in wheat flour and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add baghar when slightly brown, quickly add in the seasoning fry well by sprinkling little water than add in the strained juice and cook for a while till thick. Small cubes of potatoes or peas can be added to the curry while cooking.
