Toorai Aur Aloo

Ingredients

- Toorai 1 Pao Cut In Small pieces
- aloo 1 Medium
- onion 2 Sliced
- green Chillies 2-3 Chopped
- oil 1/4 Cuptomato 2 Finely Chopped
- salt 1 Tsp Ieveled
- chilly Powder 1 Tsp
- haldi 1/2 Tsp
- zeera Whole 1 Tsp

Instructions

Heat oil fry onions light golden and add in whole zeera with all masala, fry by sprinkling little water, add in chopped tomatoes and bhuno well till they are tender. Add chopped green chillies along with chopped Toorai and Aloo cover and let it cook on medium flame till its water dries and they are tender. Lastly sprinkle coriander leaves chopped.
