Traditional Boondi Raita
Ingredients
- 225 Gms Boondi
- 1/2 Tsp Cummin Seeds Roasted & Grinded
- 2 Cups Yoghurt Whipped
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp
- salt 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
- pinch Of Black Pepper
- coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp All Spice
Instructions
Soak the boondi for 1 hour in a bowl of hot water. Whisk the yoghurt with the salt, black pepper, all spice and cummin seeds. Strain the boondi and mix well with the yoghurt. Garnish the raita / yoghurt with red chilly powder, chaat masala and coriander leaves. Refrigerate at least for 1 hour.
