Vegetarian Karhai

Ingredients
- Ghee 2 Tbsp Heaped
- butter 2 Tbsp
- onion 1 Sliced
- tomato 2 Chopped
- coriander Leaves Green Chillies 3-4
- ginger Sliced 2 Tbsp. Peas 1 Cup
- carrot 2- french Bean 1 Cup
- capsi Cum 1
- brinjal 1salt 1 Tsp
- chilly Powder 1 Tsp
- dill - Soya 1 Bunch
- methi 2 Bunch
- potatoes 2
- fresh Cream 4 Tbsp
- haldi 1 Tsp
- all Spice 1 Tsp
- chat Masala 1 Tsp

Instructions

Heat ghee and butter in a Karhai, add in sliced onion and saute for a minute till soft add in chopped tomato and ginger than add in salt, haldi, chilly powder, chat masala fry and add in all the vegetables. Lastly add in soya, methi, all spice fry, add in fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves. Cook for 5 minutes and remove.
