Walnut Chutney
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
serves 3-4
Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts shelled
1/2 cup fresh curds beaten
4-5 kashmiri red chillies
1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
salt to taste
Method:
1-Pound walnuts and chillies together.
2-Mix curds, salt and sugar well.
3-Add pounded nuts and mix well. Chill before serving.
Serve with sticks of carrots, beets, celery, etc.
Or with dry bread sticks.
