BLT Sandwich (Low Fat)
1 tablespoon non-fat mayonnaise
2 slices high-fiber bread, toasted
2 to 3 leaves lettuce
2 slices crisp cooked bacon
Sliced tomatoes
Spread mayonnaise over 1 slice of bread; top with lettuce, bacon, and tomato slices. Top with remaining slice of bread.
Makes 1 sandwich.
