Lauki Halwa
- Lauki 2 & 1/2 Kg Grated
- ghee 1/4 Kg
- khoya 1/2 Kg
- badam / Pistas Slicedsugar 1 & 1/2 Cup heaped
- yellow Colour 1/4 Tsp Mixed In 1/4 Cup Water
- choti Ilachi 1 Tsp Heaped Grinded
Instructions
Heat ghee and fry lauki well for about 20 minutes until lightly brownish. Than add sugar along with yellow colour. Now add Khoya, ilachi powder and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from fire and take out all excess ghee. Lastly add in sliced Badam and pista.
